Semi-private sessions are ideal for two friends, couples or those with similar goals and fitness levels who seek significantly more personalized attention than in a group class setting.

Classes are offered on consecutive Tuesdays and Thursdays in 4-week blocks.
You can participate in the live-streamed classes or enjoy the class recordings at your convenience.

New to CorSano Pilates?
We customize your training from the very first session. We recommend a 90-minute Foundation Session prior to any Private or Semi-private Sessions.
We start with a short discussion about your training and fitness goals, and review any areas of tension, pain or injuries/special health conditions that impact your movement and health. Then we work through static and dynamic Alignment Assessments, which help identify potential areas of fascial tension, muscle strengths and weaknesses and compensatory movement patterns, which can impact your posture, deep core stability, movement performance, balance and overall fitness.
You will have the opportunity to experience a variety of specialized equipment and techniques as part of a customized workout that addresses the findings of your Assessments.
If your first session is online, we will use a variety of small props that you have at home (e.g., a blanket, pillow, chair, belt) to promote body awareness and ensure that you start exercising with optimal alignment for best results.

With its discreet entrance and view over Stanley Park, CorSano Pilates boasts an inviting, calm and uniquely personal workout space. An elegant changing area complete with towels and luxurious amenities is at your disposal.
There is only one appointment available each hour, so you can enjoy an extremely private setting without onlookers or other distractions. You can leave your cell phone ‘on’ and ‘look your worst’ (or your ‘best’) – the hour is yours!

Education for professionals
As a Merrithew™ Lead Instructor Trainer, Michele teaches professional certification courses and offers Continuing Education Credits (CEC’s) in STOTT PILATES*, Fascial Movement* and Halo® Training. Michele also is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT), and provides CEC’s through the National Pilates Certification Program.
Michele is available to teach her own material at other studios, as well as provide professional certification courses and CEC workshops.
One-on-one coaching for instructors and students who seek assistance with exam preparation, anatomy and repertoire review, postural analysis and physical review hours.
Special Instructor rates are available depending on the material covered.
A group approach to Instructor education.
1-2 hour themed workouts focus on a specific topic with take-home notes for participants.
Master Classes can run out of the CorSano Pilates studio or another studio or physiotherapy clinic in your area, and are an effective way to learn about Michele’s approach to whole-body movement training.
