Pilates for Great Movement

Harnessing the best of the STOTT PILATES Movement System*, Nutritious Movement Restorative Exercise, Franklin Method and fascial and functional movement science, this class series helps you build strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and confidence! Each unique 1-hour class starts with a warm-up designed to release tension, raise energy levels, and build mind-body awareness.The conditioning exercises that follow focus on proper form to achieve efficient, effective and fluid movement. Modifications are offered so that you can make adjustments based on your body’s needs. This is an all-levels class series with a significant number of exercises done standing. 

What is included:
  • 4 one hour classes pre-recorded on Zoom
  • Available for on-demand streaming via the Zoom app through September 1, 2025
What you will need:
  • Resistance Loop
  • Flex-Band* or other 6-foot long light-weight resistance band
  • Large Orange Mini Stability Ball
  • Light hand weights 1 to 5 lbs. each
  • 2 tennis balls or Franklin Method Orange Balls
  • A chair with a back and firm seat
  • Yoga block
  • A workout mat and towels for bolstering
