On-line Group Classes: 10 weeks starting September 8, 2020

Are your joints and back are stiff? Knees crunchy? Your balance and stamina are less? Do you want to work on your flat backside, reduce that lower belly paunch and restore your alignment and posture? Join me three times weekly with a fitness program designed to help you address these issues to feel like yourself again! All levels are welcome.

Tuesdays 12:00pm: CorMotus™, a unique approach to core-based whole-body movement incorporating tension release and alignment correction with weight-bearing and non-impact exercises for a more resilient, powerful body. Small props are used for resistance, body awareness and variety.

Thursdays 5:00pm: MELT®, a simple self-treatment based on manual therapy that helps eliminate “stuck stress” and chronic pain by directly treating your connective tissue system. Improve your body’s ability to restore balance so you can stay youthful and active. You will need a MELT or soft density foam roller.

Sundays 10:00am: STOTT PILATES® Intermediate Matwork, a progressive, whole-body workout focused on developing strength, flexibility, endurance and posture without building bulk or stressing joints. Tone your body, feel revitalized and move with ease!

All classes run in eastern standard time and are 60 minutes.

To register, please complete the on-line waiver (for the first class only) here. Your payment secures your spot in class. Participation is limited to allow for corrections and modifications as if this were a live class.

Single Class: $15.00, no refunds; missed classes are transferable for 7 days.
Weekly Class Pass: $40.00 for 3 classes, no refunds or transfers.
Referral Rewards: Free Weekly Class Pass when you refer someone new who buys a Weekly Class Pass.
Recorded Class: Available for one week for an additional $5.00.
