MELT Method Self-care Workshop: Strengthen & Improve Your Gait - from Feet to Hips

Butt pain? Creaky hips & knees? Stiff lower back? MELT is a simple self-treatment of the neurofascial system (connective tissue + nervous system) that aims to eliminate chronic pain, joint stiffness, and movement limitations by restoring alignment, natural stability and mobility.

This workshop teaches you a series of 10-minute MELT sequences for the hips (including the pelvic floor), thighs and feet. Using your gait as an assessment tool, we will use MELT to improve the way we use our arms, legs and pelvic floor.

MELT Method Self-care Workshop: Feet, Low Back, Hands, Face, Jaw, Neck!

Erase pain and tension brought on by everyday stress, repetitive movements and aging. MELT Method® self-treatments are based on manual therapy techniques. These simple treatments are designed to help provide relief from arthritis, bunions, plantar fasciitis, knee pain, carpel tunnel syndrome, headaches, jaw tension, chronic low back, shoulder and neck pain. Treating your hands can improve your grip strength and fine motor skills; treating your feet improves your gait and balance; treating your face reduces your wrinkles! Join this workshop and discover how the connective tissue in your body gets dehydrated and how easy it is to rehydrate this essential system for vibrant health and pain-free movement. MELT and Restorative Exercise Self-care Workshop: Restore Your Pelvic Floor & Hips

This unique workshop combines MELT Method® techniques with Nutritious Movement™ Restorative Exercise, giving you self-care tools for restoring your pelvic floor and hip health. Like all muscles, our pelvic floor needs both strength and flexibility, but traditional Kegel exercises can create an imbalance in this important reflexive muscle group. Restorative Exercise brings awareness to our alignment and movement habits, and applies corrective exercises to specific muscles involved in pelvic girdle stability. Using soft body rollers, MELT® self-massage and NeuroStrength™ techniques rehydrate the connective tissue supporting the pelvic girdle and train the deep muscles to engage with appropriate timing. The ultimate goal is to eliminate pain for better whole-body movement performance. You will exercise on a soft foam roller, side-lying, seated in a chair and standing. This one is for men and women!

MELT Method for Low Back and Neck Pain: A Self-Care Workshop

Learn how to release compression of your spine and get out of pain! You will experience the Treatment Plan used in the recent MELT® clinical research study on people with non-specific low back pain. The same plan is recommended for most people with chronic back pain from issues related to (but not limited to) herniations, bulging or slipped discs, spinal fusions, pinched nerves or back spasms, as well as for those with neck, hip, knee or foot pain.
